Submit the school registration form. After our team approves it, your administrator receives an email link to activate the account. The trial length is shown on the pricing page; no payment is needed to start.
Packages follow your number of students: Trial up to 50, Starter 51–1,000, Growth 1,001–3,000 and Enterprise above 3,000. You can move to a bigger package at any time.
Yes. Schools can connect their Pesapal merchant account so parents pay with the mobile money and card options available on it. Payments are verified with Pesapal before they appear on the student's account.
Yes. The website, emails and apps are available in English and Kiswahili.
Only your school's authorised users, according to their role: teachers see their classes, parents see their own children and students see their own records. LuchamSkonga platform administrators can open a school's records for support and billing, and sensitive actions are recorded in an audit log.
The apps need internet to sync. Transport attendance can be recorded offline and is synchronised when the phone reconnects.
You receive reminders before the end date and a short grace period afterwards. If the subscription is not renewed, the account becomes read-only — your data is kept safe and nothing is deleted.
